Do you have any Complaints?
No problem, you can register a complaint about the item(s) that you want to return/exchange within 14 days from the ‘Delivery Date’ on our official WhatsApp number 03363492229. You can also reach us on our Facebook page or write a mail to us.
But make sure, purchased item’s hand tag should be attached and it must be unused, unwarned and unwashed in order to claim return/exchange/refund

Can I Return/exchange/refund any item from Kidz N Kidz store?
No, Kidz n Kidz is a Multi-Vendor store, hence some items are only available on the website. Any purchased item from the website cannot be return/exchange/refund from our physical stores.
Who will bear the return shipping charges?
We will bear the return shipping charges if we are faulty. I.e. wrong color, Size, etc. However, In the case of request exchange/return by the customer would pay for it.
Any exchange/refund/return would not be entertained in case of no longer needed.
